2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese and U.S. holidays).
Important: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (China Standard Time, UTC+8) on any business day will be processed on the next business day.
Processing begins from our facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
3. Shipping Methods & Rates (to the United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 (for orders between $0.01 – $59.99)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of $60 or more
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
We do not collect additional duties or import taxes on behalf of the customer. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
4. Estimated Delivery Time & Total Transit Time
Standard Shipping to the United States:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping/Transit Time: 10–20 business days (after shipment)
Total Delivery Time (from order placement to receipt): Approximately 11-23 business days (It depends on the destination, customs clearance, carrier, and seasonal factors.)
This total time includes order processing + international shipping from China + possible customs clearance. Actual delivery times may vary significantly due to:
- Destination within the US (East Coast usually takes longer)
- Customs processing
- Carrier performance
- High order volume, weather, or holidays
