We specialize in designing and producing women’s clothing, including dresses. Manufacturing, quality control, and fulfillment are handled from our facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. Products are offered to customers primarily in the United States, with shipping originating from our facility in China.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product information at any time. We do not guarantee that product colors or images will appear exactly as displayed on your device due to variations in monitors.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you represent that your payment information is valid and authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. An order confirmation will be sent via email after successful purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes approximately 10–20 business days after shipment (total delivery time from order placement is typically 11–23business days).

These times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier performance, or customs clearance for shipments from China. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Full shipping details, including rates and origin from Taizhou, China, are provided during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China (unless the item is defective or incorrect). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days after inspection.

We do not offer exchanges. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days with photos.

We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern within 48 hours.

You and Hschic agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
