This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on https://hschic.com.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, in original condition, and free from any signs of use.
  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or if items appear to have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original tags/packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if offered).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage.
  • Include your order number and a detailed description.

We will review your request promptly and, if approved, offer a full refund or replacement (subject to availability). We may require the item to be returned for inspection.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@hschic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and return authorization (including a Return Merchandise Authorization - RMA number and instructions).
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address within 14 days of receiving authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to any other address may not be accepted or processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind (buyer’s remorse), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Since returns are shipped domestically within the United States, costs are typically much lower than international shipping. We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • There is no flat return fee charged by us — you pay the carrier directly based on weight, dimensions, and shipping method chosen.

Exception: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval. Please retain your shipping receipt for reimbursement.

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our New York warehouse:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Additional time may be required by your payment provider (e.g., PayPal).

Partial refunds may be issued for items that do not meet return conditions. If a return is rejected, we will notify you via email with the reason.

7. No Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Please review the size chart and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
  • After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
