This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://hschic.com.
1. Shipping Origin and Fulfillment
Our primary fulfillment and shipping operations are based in our US warehouse located in New York. Products are manufactured and undergo quality control at our facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China, before being stocked in the United States.

All orders are processed and shipped domestically from our New York warehouse.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Important Notes:
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing time may extend slightly.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information (when available).
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates (Domestic Shipping to the United States)
We offer reliable domestic shipping across the continental United States:
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 for orders valued between $0.01 and $89.99
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders of $90 or more
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Shipping Coverage & Restricted Areas: We ship only to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states).
We do not ship to the following special regions and territories:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Territories (including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Any international destinations outside the United States
Additional Information:
- All shipments originate from within the United States, so no international customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees apply.
- We do not collect or remit any sales tax on behalf of customers — any applicable state or local sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required.
4. Estimated Delivery Time & Transit Time
Standard Shipping (Continental US):
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping/Transit Time: 3–7 business days after shipment
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 4–10 business days from the time of order placement.
Important Factors Affecting Delivery:
- Delivery to East Coast addresses is generally faster; West Coast and remote areas may take longer (up to 7–10 business days in transit).
- Delivery times may be affected by carrier performance, weather conditions, high order volumes, or U.S. holidays.
- Rural or PO Box addresses may experience additional delays.

5. Order Tracking
- Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships from our New York warehouse.
- You can track your package using the carrier’s website with the tracking number provided.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to become active and update.
- If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather or natural events
- Unexpected issues at shipping carriers
If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us with your order number for assistance and status updates.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify or redirect orders once they have been processed and shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery to a restricted area, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-ship the order (if applicable).
